Who Can Enter
1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be Malaysian residents or foreigners who are currently residing in Malaysia which are and existing users of Instagram.
2. Employees of IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio, and Instagram, their affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
How to Enter
Entry online, by Instagram:
1. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one (1) picture entry and one (1) repost entry allowed per account holder.
2. To enter, follow the steps below:

- Follow @irishaircolour.ig , @maryamnakhee , @ombakhairstudio .
- Take a selfie/photo with one (1) (Maximum two) colour(s) of choice, could be an object, outfit, background.
- Describe the colour(s) of choice and why you pick them.
- Hashtag #irishaircolour, and post your picture to Instagram.
- Repost this post (link), tag @irishaircolour.ig , @maryamnakhee , @ombakhairstudio , hashtag #irishaircolour for additional entry
3. By entering, entrants represent and warrant (i) that they own the picture submitted, and (ii) it does not violate the rights of any third parties. No lewd, nude, crude, or offensive photographs will be accepted. IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any entry.
4. The contest starts on 1st October 2019, 12:01am (MYT) and all entries must be received by 31st October 2019 15th November 2019, 11:59pm (MYT). IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, printing errors, server unavailability, computer, or any other electronic malfunction.
5. On 1st 16th November 2019, 10:00pm (MYT), four (4) winners will be selected by random drawing, and one (1) most creative winner will be selected by IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio from among valid entries. Remaining valid entries will not carry over to the next drawing.
The Prize (s)
1. Five (5) winners will be selected.

- (Most creative) 1 x IRIS makeover + 2 shampoo, 2 mask package
- (Random draw) 4 x IRIS makeover + 1 shampoo, 1 mask package
2. Each winner will be notified through an official Instagram announcement post and private message. Before claiming the prize, the winner must provide his/her correct name, address and telephone number to IRIS Hair Colour (@irishaircolour) through Instagram at the time of notification. IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.
3. If a winner cannot be notified within fourteen (14) days, then the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among remaining valid entries.
4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize except at the sole discretion of IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio. IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
5. Only one prize package will be awarded per winner.
6. IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio is not responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
7. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio has the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
8. IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhee / Ombak Hair Studio cannot be held liable if the end result of the hair dye does not replicate 100% of the chosen colour in the winning entry post due to the nature of individual hair, colour dyes and techniques.
Odds of Winning / Miscellaneous
1. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
2. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio andINSTAGRAM accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
3. IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes, or contest information. IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio is not responsible for any computer or electronic malfunction, server unavailability, technological glitch, or human error relating to this contest and/or the use of short-code.
4. IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio reserves the right to make rules and contest changes, and change the aforementioned contest dates.
5. By entering this contest, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against IRIS Hair Colour / Maryam Nakhaee / Ombak Hair Studio, Instagram, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in this contest.
